The Basics

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@babydoopy.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item(s) and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get the right item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, email us at support@babydoopy.com with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
• Items returned after 30 days
