Refund policy
Return Policy:
At BabyDoopy we custom print each garment on demand per the specifics of your order - so each one is like a snowflake. Our combined production and shipping times vary from 10-14 days in total before you receive your order due to the very nature of our manufacturing process. For this reason we do not accept returns.
However, we do issue complimentary replacements on all garments when there is an issue with sizing or when there is a product defect.
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective/Sizing Item Policy:
We want you to be very happy with your purchase, so should you receive a misprinted, damaged, defective, or non fitting item - please contact us immediately at store@babydoopy.com to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible & begin working on a replacement.
All issues must be reported within 14 days of having received your order.
Lost Item Policy:
As stated above, we print each order on-demand therefore the normal timeframe in which you can expect to receive your order can vary from 10-14 days in total. If you believe your package has been lost in transit then please contact us at store@babydoopy.com as well as the local post office/courier with the tracking number provided in your order. If it is deemed the package was somehow never delivered to the proper address then we will get a replacement order processed, printed and shipped out to you. Keep in mind, we will not take responsibility for "lost" or "stolen" packages if the courier confirms delivery to the proper address on your invoice.
Timeframe & Eligibility:
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your item. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the item has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
