When my initial order arrived it had some spots on the back that looked like oil. I contacted them and they had me send a picture, then immediately sent a replacement. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service is amazing and the quality is good! I haven’t washed them yet since they are gifts, but if they wash up good, then I would say the quality is great.
