I ordered three shirts for my niece and teo granddaughters, one of the shirts was too small, I ordered another one but realized I ordered the second one too big I emailed the company to ask if they could change the size, they said they would try but weren't sure if they would have time and if he bigger size arrived, they would send me another shirt if the requested size for free AND I didn't have to send back the bigger one. Very kind and prompt with responding, the shirts are great quality, I will definitely be ordering again!
